Outcome Measurement for Workforce Development

Susan Crandall, PhD, President of Workforce Results will share her evaluation experience with the Pennsylvania Fund for Workforce Solutions, the Crittenton Women's Union and private sector leadership and career development programs at Microsoft, Boeing and Gateway.
Participants will learn to:
* Identify key stakeholders and their role in evaluation
* Use program logic models
* Improve data collection
* Use outcome data for program improvement
* More effectively communicate outcomes
The workshop will be held at Erie DAWN, 2549 West 8th Street between 9AM - 5PM. Lunch will be provided.
